All AAC Advocates resources are the intellectual property of Sparking Speech Limited and are licensed for single use to the person who purchased The AAC Advocates membership.
This means you cannot purchase one membership for an entire clinic, community group or school. If you want to purchase multiple licenses or are unsure about our Terms of Use, please contact [email protected]

Welcome to The AAC Advocates! These Terms of Use outline the rules and guidelines for using our membership.
By accessing or using our membership platform, you agree to follow these Terms of Use. Please read carefully.

By accessing or using our online community membership (the "Services"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Services.
2. Membership Overview
Our membership provides you with access to online training, masterclasses, downloadable resources, and community engagement features. These benefits are for personal, non-commercial use only and are subject to payment of applicable fees.
3. User Accounts
To access the Services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You agree to:
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Not share your login details with others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Content Access and Intellectual Property
All content provided in the community platform, including videos, resources, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Sparking Speech. You agree to:
- Use the content for personal learning purposes only.
- Not copy, share, resell, or distribute any content without explicit permission.
We reserve the right to update, add, or remove content at any time.
5. Community Guidelines
Our membership includes a community WhatsApp group and monthly group calls. To maintain a supportive and respectful environment, you agree to:
- Be respectful to all participants and refrain from harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate conduct.
- Not post or share unauthorised or harmful content.
- Follow all community-specific guidelines provided within the platform.
We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict access to any user violating these guidelines.
6. User Conduct
When using the Services, you agree:
- Not to engage in unauthorised copying, sharing, or exploitation of the content.
- Not to use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems to access or interfere with the Services.
- To comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms of Use. If terminated, you will lose access to the community platform and WhatsApp group immediately.
8. Disclaimers
- The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from using our courses or materials.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The AAC Advocates and Sparking Speech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. You will be notified of changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
